Surveillance video from Paris armed robbery released

PARIS, TX -- Authorities are still on the hunt for a man suspected of robbing first a Hugo, then a Paris convenience store Wednesday night.

Paris police have released surveillance video. You can see in the video a light skinned black man entering the Food Fast convenience store in the 2600 block of Lamar Avenue just after 1:30 Thursday morning.

He goes in, carrying what is believed to be a shotgun, finds the clerk and then demands all the money in the register.

Authorities believe this same man robbed a Hugo convenience store an hour and half earlier.

If you have any information or can identify the man in the video, contact your local law enforcement or anonymously at Crime Stoppers.
