HOUSTON (AP) - Bond has been denied for two suspects in an apparent botched drug deal in Houston that left a boy and a woman dead and the child's father wounded.
Houston police say 22-year-old Jerome Godine and 23-year-old Bobby Austin were being held Wednesday on capital murder charges.
Godine surrendered Tuesday over the May 13 gunfire at a Houston home. Austin was arrested last Friday.
Investigators say 10-year-old Brandon Vu and his father's girlfriend, Le "Lena" Nguyen, were slain. Police say Hoai Tranh Vu was shot in the head. Hospital officials and police had no further details on his condition Wednesday.
Online jail records do not list attorneys for Godine and Austin. Police say two other suspects are sought.
