DALLAS (AP) - Police are looking for three suspects after gunmen opened fire in a store in far North Dallas, killing one person and injuring three others.
Sgt. Bruce McDonald with Dallas Police Homicide says last night's shooting killed an unidentified woman who was pronounced dead at Presbyterian Hospital of Plano.
The three people wounded are being treated at Parkland Memorial Hospital.
He says one person is in surgery with a serious wound and the other two have non-life threatening injuries.
Calls by The Associated Press early this morning to Presbyterian Hospital of Plano and Parkland seeking comment weren't immediately returned.
Police said they couldn't immediately pinpoint a motive for the deadly shooting, which occurred about nine last night at The Gas Pipe, a store that sells rolling papers, pipes and other items.
Lt. Craig Miller with Dallas Police Homicide says gunmen -- one of them wearing a bandanna -- entered the store through the front door and left on foot.
McDonald said the store wasn't robbed.
He says police don't have any serious leads and are in the process of gathering evidence.
