FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) - American Eagle said today it would start nonstop jet service from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport to six cities later this year.
The sister carrier of American Airlines said it would launch service June Eleventh to Brownsville; Santa Fe, New Mexico; Tallahassee, Florida.; Montgomery, Alabama; and Lake Charles, Louisiana. Service to Manhattan, Kansas, will begin August 25th.
Eagle said the flights would mark Santa Fe's first commercial jet service in decades. The Fort Worth-based carrier currently flies to Tallahassee from Miami.
