SAN ANTONIO (AP) - A 30-year-old San Antonio man has been charged with murder after his girlfriend, their 2-year-old daughter and another man were found dead in his apartment.

Chris Allgood is booked in the Bexar (BAYR) County Jail in San Antonio with bond set at $205,000. He's also charged with discharging a firearm.

Police identify two of the dead as 26-year-old Courtney Gass and their toddler, Anika. The dead man's identity hasn't been revealed.

Police spokesman Chris Benavides tells the San Antonio Express-News that the shooting happened around 3 a.m. Sunday at the Coral Ridge Apartments on the city's North Side.

A guard at the complex heard the shots and found the 30-year-old man in the parking lot armed with a rifle. Benavides says the guard detained the suspect and called police.
