Houston teen slain over alleged missing video game

HOUSTON (AP) - A Houston man is accused in the death of his 17-year-old son after the youth was shot in an alleged fight over a missing video game.

Ofelio Antonio Otero was booked early Monday on a murder charge. Bail was set at $50,000. Otero remained in the Harris County Jail, where online records had no listing for an attorney for him.

Police spokeswoman Jodi Silva say the 40-year-old man had been drinking when an argument broke out with his wife over the missing video game.
