A Houston minister has been charged with murder over the May 18 shooting death of his wife at their home.
No bond had been set Wednesday for 44-year-old Pastor Tracy
Bernard "T.B." Burleson. Harris County Sheriff's Office jail records did not indicate an attorney for Burleson. Investigators say the victim was 56-year-old Pauletta Ross Burleson.
Sgt. Curtis Brown says the pastor was arrested Tuesday, along
with a man and a woman. Details on formal charges against the pair
were not immediately available. A sheriff's report indicates Burleson told investigators he was running an errand and found his wife's body when he returned. Most of Burleson's First New Mount Calvary Baptist Church was destroyed by fire May 12. The blaze is under investigation.
