COAHOMA, Texas (AP) - Quail Dobbs, who spent 35 years as a rodeo clown before becoming a judge in West Texas, has died.

Dobbs died Wednesday at his home in Coahoma. Judy Dobbs said Friday that her husband had Parkinson's disease and other health issues. He was 72.
