DALLAS (AP) - The 100-year-old Adolphus Hotel in Dallas has been sold.

The Dallas Morning News reports that deed records show the property was sold to RockBridge Capital, based in Ohio. The records did not show a sale price.

The Adolphus was built starting in 1911 by St. Louis, Mo., beer baron Adolphus Busch. It has been expanded multiple times over the year, but hasn't had a major remodeling in three decades. It faces strong competition from newer area hotels.

Officials at RockBridge could not be reached.
