SAN ANTONIO (AP) - Authorities have arrested a man accused of committing 11 armed robberies in the San Antonio area during a nearly month long spree.
The San Antonio Express-News reports that police say 28-year-old Curtis Joseph Wisniewski robbed restaurants, cellphone stores and other businesses from Dec. 3 to Dec. 30.
San Antonio police have charged Wisniewski with one count of aggravated robbery in connection with the holdup of a Wienerschnitzel fast food restaurant.
Police spokesman Officer Roger Zuniga says authorities are continuing to investigate his connection to the other robberies.
Zuniga says police think Wisniewski acted alone in each robbery.
Investigators are still determining how much money was taken during the robberies.
