Sibling Slain
HOUSTON (AP) - Houston police say a man carrying a pistol has accidentally shot and killed his sister.
Police on Monday identified the victim as 24-year-old Rochelle Jackson of Houston.
Investigators say Jackson's brother was taking his pistol into a residence Saturday afternoon when the gun accidentally discharged. The woman was shot in the head and died at the scene.
No charges have been filed as the investigation continues.
