BROWNSVILLE, TX. (AP) - South Texas police arrested a suspect in burglary, auto theft and arson cases after tracking him to his house and finding him hiding beneath a pile of dirty laundry.
Brownsville police say they traced 22-year-old Guadalupe Olguin to his home in Edinburg, 50 miles northwest of Brownsville. Spokesman J.J. Trevino tells The Brownsville Herald (http://bit.ly/xxhIy6) that they and Edinburg police entered the house and, after a search, found the pile of clothes. A check turned up their man.
Olguin is charged with arson, auto theft, burglary and two counts of engaging in organized criminal activity. Bonds are set totaling $50,000.
