Texan gets prison for child porn, 20K images

DALLAS (AP) - A Dallas-area man has been sentenced to nearly 18 years in prison in a child pornography case involving about 20,000 images and videos.

A federal judge in Dallas on Tuesday sentenced 30-year-old Jonathan Ryan Vittitow (VIT'-uh-tow) of Mesquite. He pleaded guilty last January to advertising child pornography.

A search of the man's home and computer yielded thousands of images and videos. Prosecutors say Vittitow, in some online chats, asked how to drug three children to sexually assault them.
