HOUSTON (AP) - Relatives of a man injured in the recent shooting at a Lone Star College campus in Houston describe him as an aspiring tattoo artist who wasn't looking for trouble.

Authorities believe the Jan. 22 shooting at a Lone Star community college campus north of downtown Houston happened after 25-year-old Jody Neal bumped into the suspected shooter, 22-year-old Trey Foster. Investigators say that the two men argued at first but went their separate ways.

When they ran into each other 30 minutes later, authorities say they argued again and Foster fired at Neal. Two others were wounded.

Neal's aunt, Sharon Mayo, said Tuesday that he was shot six times and remains hospitalized. She says Neal wants to eventually attend art school.

Foster was arrested last week in a Dallas suburb.
