TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Two women have testified at a preliminary hearing that they saw Tulsa County District Judge Jesse Harris' exposed penis in a Tulsa parking lot.

Harris is charged with two felony counts of indecent exposure. His preliminary hearing began today and is set to resume on Oct. 24 before Osage County District Judge M. John Kane IV, who was appointed to handle the Tulsa County case.

Harris pleaded not guilty to the charges at an arraignment before the hearing started.

One of the women, identified as a former girlfriend of the judge's, testified that Harris pulled out his penis and fondled himself and that her friend came out of the room and witnessed it.

The other woman testified that she heard Harris ask his former girlfriend a sexual question and that she saw his penis.
