CANADIAN, Okla. (AP) - A Minnesota truck driver was killed when he drove his rig into the rear of a parked tractor-trailer on U.S. 69 in Pittsburg County.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 27-year-old Ryan Orsburne of Buffalo, Minn., was southbound just after 11:15 Sunday night when he went off the roadway north of the town of Canadian.

The rig then crashed into the rear of the semi that was legally parked on the shoulder.

The driver of the parked rig is identified as Tony Gooden of Muskogee and he's hospitalized in Tulsa in critical condition.
