You might try looking at someone's complete record before calling them a clown. There have been many cases in the nation where molesters have used ice cream trucks, including a scary case in Chickasha. If you are a parent, all it takes is one case. I appreciate Senator Gumm working on this and all the bills he has done to protect children, including his bill to give the death penalty or life without parole to repeat child molesters.

Since there is such a clamor to do something to honor his memory, we could call it the Michael Jackson Law.

This is super. I know my neighborhood is plagued with child molesters driving ice cream trucks. Definitely glad my legislators spent their time with this rather than doing something pointless and theatrical, like trying to reduce unemployment.

This bill will greatly reduce the child predators in the areas. Good Grief, Dateline "To Catch A Predator" will keep more molesters away than this bill. Waste of tax money.

Is this for real? Gumm must be a clown. How bout keeping them in jail where they belong? What a concept.
