OKLAHOMA CITY,OK (AP) - Formal charges have yet to be filed against an Oklahoma City man arrested more than a month ago in the death of a woman whose beheaded and dismembered body was found in a duffel bag in Bethany.

Assistant District Attorney Scott Rowland says the investigation is not complete and that there is no rush to charge 33-year-old Jimmy Lee Massey.

Massey was served a murder warrant Dec. 20 in connection with the death of 19-year-old Carina Saunders. Massey was jailed on drug charges at the time and is being held without bail after a judge found probable cause to hold him on the murder warrant.

An attorney for Massey said he can't comment because no charge has been filed.
