Low Fat Vanilla & Blueberry Shake

Ingredients:
1-8 oz. can vanilla Slim Fast drink
1 medium banana 1-8 oz. carton all natural blueberry yogyrt |

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix on high until blended, about 30 seconds. Pour and serve. recipe yields 1 serving at 290 calories.
