Low Fat Vanilla & Blueberry Shake

Chef Cathy's got an easy, delicious treat for anytime, and Lisanne reminds Cathy who won a certain football game in the Cotton Bowl earlier this month. (Hint: It wasn't the Longhorns.)
Ingredients:
1-8 oz. can vanilla Slim Fast drink
1 medium banana
1-8 oz. carton all natural blueberry yogyrt



Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix on high until blended, about 30 seconds. Pour and serve. recipe yields 1 serving at 290 calories.
