Cooking with Cathy: The Bird!

Ingredients:
1 turkey, thawed and rinsed -*Don't forget to take out the gizzards and neck inside the cavity!
1 can of beer Italian dressing Zeis Spice: garlic powder lemon pepper cayenne pepper * The amounts will vary depending upon the size of the bird! |

Directions:
Fill the cavity of the turkey with beer. Cover the turkey with Italian dressing and rub all over the turkey. Sprinkle an even amount of spices over the turkey. Make sure you cover the tips of the wings with foil. Place turkey in a sprayed pan and cook uncovered for 1 hour. Cover turkey with foil after the first hour and cook until done. Bast every hour to hour and a half. Enjoy!
