Breakfast Pudding To Go

Ingredients:

2 cups instant oatmeal
6 dashes cinnamon
6 Tablespoons raisins -- (3 single serving boxes)
1 package vanilla pudding mix -- non-instant
3 cups 1% low-fat milk
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce



Directions:
1. In each of 6 coffee mugs, mix 1/3 cup uncooked oatmeal, 1 dash cinnamon, and 1 Tablespoon raisins. Stir to combine.

2. Cook pudding to package directions. (You can use skim milk to reduce the fat content.)

3. Pour 1/2 cup of cooked pudding into each mug and stir immediately. This will "cook" the oatmeal.

4. Spoon 2 Tablespoons of applesauce over each pudding and spread to just cover the top.

5. Serve immediately, or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
