Cranberry Dressing

Ingredients:
1 pkg Pepperidge Farm seasoned bread crumbs
2 cups fresh cranberries 3 sticks celery sliced .5 inch thick 3 green onions diced ½ stick butter 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp poultry seasoning 1 tsp lemon pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 cup water 2 14.5 ox cans chicken broth |

Directions:
In a large skillet over medium to high heat, melt butter with oil. Add onions and celery and spices. Cook for 1-3 min, stirring occasionally. Add cranberries and brad crumbs. Stir to incorporate. Add chicken broth and water. Lower heat and simmer for 10 min, stirring often.
Spray a 9x13 inch pan. Pour dressing in pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 min. or until light brown. Serve hot. http://www.chefcathyzeis.com |
