Christmas Tamales

Ingredients:
1 dozen tamales
8 oz. carton sour cream 1 jar Chef Cathy"s Green Blast Salsa 1 carton traditional Feta cheese, crumbled |

Directions:
Heat tamales according to package directions. In a medium pan over medium heat, heat sour cream and Chef Cathy's Green Blast Salsa. Stir to incorporate. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes or until sauce in hot. Pour sauce over tamales and top with Feta cheese. Serve hot.
