Living Lean: Roxy Salad

Roxy Salad
3 cups of Romaine Lettuce
1 tomato
1/2 avocado
1/2 cucumber
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 oz. chopped grilled chicken
4 pita pockets

Dressing:
1 Lemon
3/4 packet of Italian Dressing

Add all the salad products into a bowl. Squeeze 1 lemon into the salad. Sprinkle the packet of Italian Dressing on the salad. Toss salad. Stuff the pita pockets with the salad. (You can add more or less any of the ingredients to the salad depending on what you like)
