Sautéed Asparagus
Ingredients:
  • 2 TBS. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 2 TBS. lime juice
  • Directions:
    Rinse asparagus and cut off the bottom of the stems, about 1/2". In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, sauté fresh asparagus in 2 TBS. hot oil. Season with garlic powder and lemon pepper. Stir occasionally, about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with lime juice.

    On a serving plate, place fish to one side and top with warm salsa. Place sautéed asparagus onto the side. Garnish fish with diced red peppers. Serve hot.
