Apple Chicken Salad
2 Grilled Chicken breast
2 Medium Apples
3/4 cup of cubed Cheddar Cheese
1/4-1/2 cup of Almonds or Pecans
Dressing:
2 Tbsp of Mayonnaise (preferably Light)
1/2 orange squeezed
Directions:
Cut up the chicken, apples, cheese, and pecans. Put all into a bowl. Pour in dressing and mix so that it is lightly coated.
