Valentines Day is a chance to spend time with the ones you love.
Today we have a recipe that grandparents and grandchildren can do together to show their love.

Red Velvet Chocolate Chip Pancakes topped with whipped cream and
strawberry's:

1.One red velvet cake mix mix according to directions on box
2.Add one cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
3.1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
4.1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
5.if batter is too thick, thin with tablespoon of milk
6.Spoon out mixture as you would pancakes on a griddle
7.Cook on lower heat than normal so chocolate doesn't burn
8.Sprinkled with powdered sugar, and topped with strawberries and
whipped cream
