Tuna Salad: Albacore Tuna is one of the best sources for omega 3. These are so important for your overall health because it fights cancer and helps keep the most important muscle in your body strong…your heart! *Put the can of tuna in the refrigerator an hour before preparing. The tuna will be chilled as soon as you put it all together. How 'bout that?
1 large can Albacore tuna, drained
4 green onions, diced
2 stalks celery, chopped
¼ cup red grapes, halved
1 TBS. chopped walnuts
1 TBS. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
In a medium bowl, add tuna. Break apart the tuna with a fork until all chunks are gone. Add onions, celery, walnuts, mayonnaise, and spices. Stir to incorporate. Fold in grapes. Serve chilled.
