Living Lean: Chili with Veggies

We are living lean with Tori Park. Because many children don't like vegetables you can hide them in their food to make sure they get the nutrition they need. One way to hide vegetables is in chili.

Chili Recipe:
1-15oz can of diced tomatoes
3-4 medium tomatoes
2 lbs of Lean Ground meat
1 Packet of Chili Seasoning
1 cup of water

Brown Ground meat. Puree your diced tomatoes and real tomatoes in a processor or blender until smooth. Drain the fat off the meat. Add puree tomatoes to the meat. Add the packet of Chili seasoning and the cup of water. If you like it soupier add more water. Bring it to a boil, then allow it to simmer for at least 20-30 minutes.
Serve in a bowl with healthy favorite toppings.
