We continue our segment fit in 8 weeks with Chef Cathy!

Healthy Smoothie-400 Calories

This recipe is an excerpt from Chef Cathy's new book, "42 Days With The Chef...It's NOT Diet...It's a LIFESTYLE Change!

1-4 oz. cup all natural blueberry yogurt, chilled

1 banana

8 oz.2% milk... 2% Organic milk, or 8 oz. Soy milk, chilled

1 package Carnation Instant Breakfast, chocolate No Sugar Added

1 tsp. All-Natural Jiffy Peanut Butter

Place all ingredients into a blender for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a glass and drink. YUMMY!
