We continue our series Food around the world! Today Josh Aaron from the Island Bar and Grill has a simple recipe for spicy shrimp eggroll.
Spicy Shrimp Eggroll w/Sesame Soy Sauce
Cooked Shrimp-chopped
Coleslaw Mix
2 tbsp Thai Red Pepper Sauce
1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Cilantro
Eggroll Wrappers
Sauce
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Fresh Ginger
1 tsp Chives
1 tbs Cilantro
1 tbs red pepper flakes
1/2 fresh orange juice
Mix all slaw ingredients then combine slaw. Add to eggroll wrap with chopped shrimp. Pull corner of wrap over to other corner then pinch the sides. Fold sides over then roll and seal with egg wash.
Combine all sauce ingredients and mix well.
