We are cooking with Josh Aaron from the Island Bar and Grill. Today we are making a Prosciutto, mozzarella, and basil stuffed burger with sun-dried tomato mayo!
1lb Ground Beef
1 Roll Mozzarella Prosciutto
4 leaves chopped basil
3 tbsp Mayo
2 tsp Chopped Garlic
1 tbsp Chopped Basil
Season meat with Italian seasoning then make 4 4oz patties. Place mozzarella, prosciutto, basil in center, then press together. Make sure to seal edges well. Cook 5 to 6 min on each side.
For mayo combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Serve it Italian bread on hearty bun.
