ALMOND NUT PROTEIN BARS
1 CUP PURE ALMOND BUTTER - FRESH GROUND BEST
3/4 CUP HONEY
1 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS
1 CUP SUNFLOWER SEEDS
1/2 CUP RAISINS
1/2 CUP UNSWEETENED DRIED CHERRIES
3 SCOOPS VANILLA GO EASY! PROTEIN SHAKE
1 SCOOP GO ANYWHERE! FIBER BOOSTER
COMBINE ALMOND BUTTER AND HONEY IN MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL OR
SAUCEPAN FOR STOVE. HEAT AND BLEND TOGETHER.
MIX ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN DEEP MIXING BOWL. ADD
ALMOND BUTTER & HONEY MIXTURE AND STIR WELL.
PAT INTO 9" X 13" PAN AND REFRIGERATE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE
SLICING INTO BARS.
MAY BE FROZEN.
