Mothers Day Breakfast: Stuffed French Toast

Josh Aaron from the Island Bar and Grill stopped by with a great breakfast you can make for mom for Mothers Day.

Stuffed French Toast
Serves 1

Stuffing
1 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup orange juice
1tbsp raspberry extract
1 tbsp powdered sugar

Toast
Texas Toast
1 egg
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Make slit in top of bread and fill with cream cheese mix using pastry bag. Dredge in egg-wash then place on hot griddle. Cook 2 or 3 minutes on each side.
