Living Lean: Pecan Protein bars

Instead of the traditional fattening holiday deserts, try a protein bar!

1 cup almond butter (put almonds in food processor until it becomes a butter)

2/3 cup honey

1 1/2 cup protein mix

1/2 cup crushed pecans

Mix all together and lay in baking pan. Then press down with wax paper.
