Cooking with Josh: Proscuitto and Mozarella Panini's

2 Hoagie Rolls or Sliced French Bread
1 Pckg of Sliced Proscuitto
2 Fresh mozarella balls
6 to 8 fresh basil leaves
2 sliced tomatoes
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
Grill Pan or Panini Press
If no press then use brick or heavy frying pan wrapped in foil.

Pre-heat oven too 350 and bake proscuitto slices 10 to 15 min or until
desired crispness. Heat grill pan over medium high stove top and drizzle
with olive oil. Layer sliced mozzarella, proscuitto, basil, tomatoes, and
drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Place sandwiches on grill pan and place
weight on top. Grill for 2 to 3 min or until you see dark brown grill
marks. Remove weight and flip sandwiches and repeat until cheese is melted
and grill marks cover both sides. Serve with light salad or fruit salad.
