1 medium onion -- chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon salt
12 ounces tuna in water -- drained
16 ounces coleslaw -- packaged
4 rounds whole wheat pita bread -- cut in half
1. In a large bowl, mix the chopped onion. mayonnaise, pepper, salt and tuna until well blended.
2. Add the coleslaw into the tuna mixture. Blend well and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Gently open the pita bread to stuff the pockets. If there is liquid in the bottom of the tuna bowl, drain it before continuing. Spoon tuna into the pitas and enjoy.
