Cooking with Karel Anne: "Take a side" Shrimp


Go ahead and serve a non-biased dish this Sunday! Prepare shrimp with this delicious rub and put them out on the field of Orange and Blue. Let your guests pick who is really going to get eaten for the finale of this football season!

Peel, rinse and pat dry the tail on shrimp. Dust lightly with the rub and sauté for about a minute in hot oil until turning pink. Drain on paper towels, then add to the cucumber/guacamole
players.
Barbeque Rub

Serving Size : 30
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cumin
1/4 cup chili powder
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup paprika
2 Tablespoons cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients together with a fork. Keep in a dry, airtight container. Makes almost 2
cups.
