Cooking with Josh: Buffalo Chick Sliders

We are cooking with Chef Josh Aaron from the Island Bar and Grill at Highport Marina!

Today we are making buffalo chicken sliders that are packed with flavor.

Buffalo Chick Sliders
3 cups all purpose flour
2tbsp season salt
2tbsp cajun seasoning
1tbsp garlic powder
1tsp black pepper

Buffalo Wing sauce
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce

Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

Cut 2 chicken breasts into pieces. Heat up fryer with oil.

Dredge chicken in flour then in egg wash, then back in flour. After heating oil to 350 degrees place chicken pieces in hot oil. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Toss chicken in buffalo sauce then put on rolls with ranch dressing, lettuce, and tomato.
