Cooking with Josh: Grilled Tuna with citrus vinaigrette salad

Get grill pan hot
6 ounce tuna grill steak ( You can also use salmon or chicken)
Marinate for 10-15 min in Dijon mustard honey.
1/3 cup olive oil
salt and pepper
thyme
lime juice
Mix all together
Tuna takes one to two minutes on each h side
mix on salad. add tuna on top
