Grilled Tuna with Spiced Butter
4 Tuna Steaks
2tsp salt and pepper
1cup Unsalted Butter (2 sticks)
1tsp chopped jalapeno (seeded)
2tsp chopped cilantro
1tsp minced ginger
1tsp chopped garlic
Season tuna with seasoning. Mix together then place on a hot grill. Cool 4-5 minutes per side until medium rare to medium. Whip butter in mixer until fluffy then add jalapeno, cilantro, ginger, and garlic.
Refrigerate until ready to use.. Add tsp to steaks after cooking. Serve steak with vegetables.
