We have a great appetizer for any New Years eve party, twice baked new potatoes with a twist!

Sprinkle potatoes with olive oil and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until soft on the inside. Take out inside and place in bowl. Add pepper-jack cheese, sour cream, bacon, dried basil, pepper, and salt. Mix together. Put mixture back in potato shell. For topping blend pretzels and bacon pieces. When done add melted garlic butter and mix. Crumble and place on top. Put back in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy
