Chef Josh Aaron stops by this morning with a great lunch you can make with that left over turkey and ham.
Leftover Monte Cristo
1 cup chopped turkey
1 cup chopped ham
4pcs sliced bread
2 slices swiss cheese
1 half an avocado slice
1 egg
2/3 cup water
2/3 cup flour
1 3/4 tsp baking powder
1 quart frying oil
Heat oil to 350 degrees. Combine flour and baking soda and mix; then combine egg& water and beat. Mix eggs and water with flour and baking soda until consistency of pancake batter. Dip sandwich in batter and fry, turning halfway around.
