Pineapple/Cream Cheese Ball or spread
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
1 can (15 0z.) crushed pineapple drained well
1/2 chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon season salt
Cream cheese well with hand mixer. Mix in rest of ingredients and chill well. You can make it into a ball and roll in pecans after chilled well. You can serve it in a bowl with crackers also.
