7 eggs
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1-4.5 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 small carton sliced mushrooms
1 green pepper, chopped
6 small red potatoes, cubed
1 small white onion, sliced

Directions
In a 9 x 12 baking dish, layer the following: potatoes, chilies, diced tomatoes with chilies, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, cheese. Mix eggs, cream, and spices together. Pour over casserole. Bake, uncovered, for 1 ½ hours at 400. Serve hot.
