Beef Tenderloin

Ingredients


  • beef tenderloin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

    Directions

    Place in shallow baking pan, under broiler in oven with door ajar cook for 15 minutes. Turn the meat over and cook for another 15 minutes for medium rare results. Take tenderloin out of pan and wrap tightly in foil with juices. Set on top of stove for an hour.


    Béarnaise Sauce

    Buy one package of sauce mix, follow directions. *optional: and 1/2 cup of wine or sherry for extra flavor. Drizzle sauce over beef.
