Ingredients
- 6 Portobello mushrooms
- 1 bag or can of lumb crab
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tsp. mayo
- 2 tbs. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbs. spicy mustard
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
- pinch of cayenne
- parmesan cheese
- 4 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Cut off stems of mushrooms. Sprinkle with olive oil and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. In a mixing bowl, add all other ingredients, mix well. Top mushrooms with crab mixture. Top with parmesan cheese and bake until cheese is golden brown.
