Simple Brochette
This week, we start our holiday food series that will highlight local businesses and of course, great food! This week's recipe is perfect for the parties that will soon be in full swing. It is simple, and oh, so good. Enjoy!

Ingredients
1/2 cup Olive Oil de Fino * Available at Sandy's in Kelly Square
1 loaf of bread sliced in half lengthwise *Potato Rosematy, Pugliese, or Faccia work well
4 TBS, Basil Pesto
6 Roma Tomatoes, diced
1 cup Asiago cheese, grated
Directions
Lay out bread onto a baking sheet and spread pesto on top
of both slices. Top with diced tomatoes and cover with
cheese. Cover tops with Olive Oil de Fino, Yum!
