Valentine's Lobster

Ingredients


  • 2 steamed lobster tails
  • 3 green onions, diced
  • 1 medium red pepper, diced
  • 2 tbs. spicy mustard
  • 1 tbs. lime juice
  • 1 heaping tbs. sour cream
  • 1 heaping tbs. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt

    Directions

    In a large bow, blend all ingredients together. Spoon lobster mixture onto a bed of fresh lettuce or serve it as a sandwich in a roll.
