Italian Chicken & Shrimp Bites with Basil-Lime Dipping Sauce



2 large boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed, about 1/2"
12 large shrimp, deveined and peeled
1 cup Olive Oil de Fino
1 cup mayonnaises
2 TBS. lime juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried basil
fresh parsley for garnish


In a large skillet over medium-high heat, grill chicken in oil for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until done. Remove chicken onto a serving platter. In the same pan, grill shrimp in remaining oil for 3 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Stir occasionally. Place shrimp onto same serving platter. In a small bowl, mix mayo, lime juice, garlic powder and dried basil together. Spoon sauce into a small serving bowl and place in the center of the platter. Garnish platter with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
